Forecast for 2020-12-01

River conditions forecasts posted on 2020-12-01 by Ottawa River Regulating Committee

Water levels and flows on the main stem of the river between Gatineau-Ottawa and the Montreal region are beginning to increase due to rainfall received in the eastern and southern parts of the basin. Flows and levels are expected to further increase over the next few days. In the river reach upstream of Gatineau-Ottawa, water levels and flows should remain close to normal for this time of the year and be fairly stable over the coming week as precipitation received in this area is in the form of snow.
