River conditions forecasts posted on 2018-04-19 by Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board

Water levels and flows in most locations on the main stem of the Ottawa river continue to increase slowly in response to received precipitation but remain below normal for this time of the year. With forecast warming temperatures starting this weekend, snow cover in the northern portion of the basin will start to melt. Flows and levels are expected to begin their spring rise over the next week.
