River conditions forecasts posted on 2017-04-04 by Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board

Reservoirs throughout the basin have started to fill. Inflows across the basin are expected to increase due to warmer temperatures and forecast rainfall. Significant increases in levels and flows are expected along the main stem of the river and its tributaries. Minor flooding in low-lying areas is expected downstream of the Ottawa-Gatineau region depending on received rainfall.
