River conditions forecasts posted on 2014-05-21 by Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board

Heavy precipitation (30 to 70 mm) was received throughout the Ottawa River watershed last week. To reduce downstream flooding most northern reservoirs have now been filled. Water levels on the main stem of the Ottawa River are expected to slowly decline over the next few days.
