River conditions forecasts posted on 2018-05-03 by Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board

Spring runoff from the north is continuing to fill reservoirs in that part of the basin. Water levels and flows will continue to increase in all areas along the river due to significant spring runoff and are expected to peak sometimes starting Tuesday (May 8). Minor flooding levels may be reached starting this Friday (May 4) in flood prone areas at Lake Coulonge, Chats Lake and Britannia/Lac Deschênes.
