River conditions forecasts posted on 2018-05-04 by Ottawa River Regulation Planning Board

Water levels and flows will continue to increase in all areas along the river in the next few days due to significant spring runoff. Water levels are now above minor flooding levels at Chats Lake and are expected to reach minor flooding in flood prone areas at Lake Coulonge and Britannia/Lac Deschênes sometimes today or tomorrow. Minor flooding in low-lying areas is possible in the lower river reach from Hull down to the Montreal region.
