Forecast for 2022-06-28
River conditions forecasts posted on 2022-06-28 by Ottawa River Regulating Committee
Flows and levels remain above normal, for this time of year, in several locations due to above average precipitation in some parts of the watershed over the last few weeks. Runoff from the north is declining in most locations but should remain above normal for this time of year over the next two weeks. Runoff from several local uncontrolled tributaries is now close to normal for this time of year. Along the main stem of the Ottawa River, flows and levels should continue to decline in most locations. A return to close to normal conditions is expected over the next ten days based on forecasts of no significant precipitation over that period.
