Forecast for 2025-03-26
River conditions forecasts posted on 2025-03-26 by Ottawa River Regulating Committee
Flows and water levels along the main stem of the Ottawa River are above normal for this time of year. With the return to colder seasonal temperatures, spring runoff continue decreasing. Water levels and flows are stabilizing between Pembroke and Lake Deschenes and decreasing downstream of Lac Deschênes. Water levels and flows are expected to continue decreasing in all locations over the next few days. Later this weekend, weather bringing rain in the southern part of the basin and snow accumulation elsewhere could lead to an increase in spring runoff in the southern part of the basin.
