Forecast for 2026-03-09
River conditions forecasts posted on 2026-03-09 by Ottawa River Regulating Committee
Water levels and flows along the main stem of the Ottawa River are close to seasonal values. The increase in flows and water levels observed between Lake Deschenes and the Carillon dam, following the warm spell and rainfall over recent days, is expected to continue this week due to forecasted warm weather combined with additional rainfall in the southern part of the basin. Water levels and flows should decrease thereafter with the expected return of colder weather later this week.
