Forecasts for 2025-05-14
River conditions forecasts posted on 2025-05-14 by Ottawa River Regulating Committee
Although the northern part of the basin is now snow free, spring runoff from this part of the basin remains high. Along the main stem of the Ottawa River, water levels and flows are expected to continue their slow decrease over the coming week. Water levels are expected to remain slightly above minor flood levels for a few mores days in some locations between Mattawa and Lake Deschenes. Forecast precipitation over the next few days is expected to slow down the decrease of levels and flows. Our website Forecasts section provides expected water levels over a four-day horizon in your area.
