To reduce downstream flooding, all northern reservoirs are continuing to refill. Water levels and flows between Mattawa and Lac Coulonge are expected to stabilize or increase slightly due to increased snowmelt runoff. Levels and flows on the main stem of the river between Chats Lake and the Montreal region will continue to slowly decline over the next few days.
